It takes a great amount of courage to recognize that you can’t do everything alone— we sometimes need someone to help us be accountable to what we truly desire to accomplish in life, health, and mindful goals. My coaching services provide a support in daily accountability, assistance in accomplishing therapy homework, and developing a brain-healthy lifestyle to help you live your best life. I focus on helping you create, and maintain consistently, a realistic morning routine that best fits YOU and your unique life. This morning routine will serve as a stable foundation to help you build the confidence and self-love that is required to begin the healing process. Gradually you’ll begin to notice how much you can really accomplish day to day, and soon those big goals lingering out in the horizon will drift closer and your focus in accomplishing those goals becomes a reality and not just a dream. Together, we can do this! We can do difficult things!

Brain health is a passion of mine. The topic excites me, and daily I am striving to learn more about how the brain operates, and how it can heal and strengthen itself. At the root of my enthusiasm over brain health is my own personal experience with having a mental health condition, and challenges with my weight. I feel this provides me with a great advantage, adding to my ability to help others— as I too, can relate on a very personal level. Empathy is a wonderful tool in helping others. As I continually learn how to help myself, I extend that same knowledge of what I have learned, to help others. It has been said that it takes a village to raise a child; I feel it takes a tribe to help raise each other [up]. This is at the heart of what I do. 💚

My in-depth training I received from Amen University provided me a great deal of knowledge on a multitude of conditions ranging from ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, memory issues, mood disorders, brain trauma, addiction recovery, sleep disorders, weight issues, SPECT scan analysis, holistic and natural supplement treatment, prescription medication treatment, behavioral science and relationships; and I continue to receive more continuing education resources on over-all brain health from his knowledge base he opens up to his network regularly. My personal belief is that if you’re reaching out for help – you want that person who is helping you to be on top of the latest and best available treatment information possible!

My Focus is Learning How to Best Help You Achieve Your Goals

I have found life to be easier when I accept that I am a ‘work in progress’, and that’s enough. While I continue to learn and progress, taking life one step at a time, I can invite others along my journey and help them too; teaching them what I have learned, and encourage them.

Right now I am focusing on building a tribe of like-minded people who are in search of healing. There will be two groups filled with a limited amount of members who have a similar goal in mind: Learning how to heal their brains. They understand that they have a mental health condition that will be a part of their life, but they don’t want to feel like it’s a life-sentence, or their identity, but rather a condition they can learn how to live with and manage.

Perhaps some of these members will also be loved-ones who are committed to learning how to best support their loved one with a mental health condition. They are fully on board and devoted to the journey of learning everything necessary to help their loved one heal their brain and live a full and satisfying life they can be happy living in.

Right now I have these two group topics in mind:

Be Kind Minds – Book Club as a group we will be actively studying a book together and discussing the lessons and information in the book together, sharing our own perspectives and personal experiences we feel we can relate to. If you can relate to starting books, but often abandoning the books you start to begin a new and exciting book, you’ll understand the value a book club can provide being disciplined in starting AND finishing each book. 🙂

Be Kind Minds – Study Group as a group we will be actively following courses created by expert professionals, Doctors, Psychologists, Therapists, successful people in their fields of expertise. We will be going through workbooks, journal exercises, listening and discussing information that we learn from the courses and workbooks together.

Many of us want to understand the struggles our loved ones are going through, the conditions that we feel are limiting us – causing us grief in our relationships and daily lives; we want to learn, but don’t know where to start, where to look, or how to get started and maintain the discipline and motivation to keep up with the learning journey. This is where I come in and help YOU achieve those important goals. I have that passion for research, I understand where to look and how to gather the information, and help you understand that information. Let me do the time-consuming, sometimes overwhelming work for you in gathering information and organizing it in a way that can simplify the process of learning. Allow me the opportunity to help you make this a much easier journey. All you will need to do is show up for the discussions, and complete the assignments for reading. 🙂

These groups are not live and available for joining yet, but please check back soon. For now, I have a free group you can join for daily gentle prompts in motivation. It’s a more private space made available for sharing feelings with others who can relate.
